AS A BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER, YOU WILL:
Workwith Sales, Marketing and Customers to understand market trends and customer needs. Captures market trends/VOC in our growth strategy.
Workwith Engineering to drive execution on key platform product development.
Generateand implementstrategies which generate step function growth within the business cycle.
Identifyinternal technology gaps and works with engineering to address via internal technology development and/or external technology partnerships.
Expandserved available market (SAM) with new initiatives.
Serveas project manager for new platform initiatives.
Leadcross functional teams and drives execution.
Leadprocess improvement teams to address current business needs.
CreateSales & Marketing presentations to drive growth initiatives.
Traveldomestically and internationally to existing and potential customers.
Workcollaboratively across Emerson to drive growth initiatives.
Developand presentupdates for executive management.
