Roles & Responsibilities:
Assist with the full life cycle of recruiting (intake meeting with hiring manager, job postings, screening candidates, scheduling candidates with hiring managers, and assisting with offers)
Sourcing potential candidates on LinkedIn and other on-line methods
Partnering with colleges to post openings on Handshake
Assisting with recruiting needs from entry-level, experienced, and management openings
Participate in our behavioral interview training program and gain some exposure to other areas of HR such as compensation, benefits, onboarding, performance management
Attend weekly HR meetings with the HR team
Become proficient with our applicant tracking system
Gain an understanding of employment law
Participate in interviews and eventually own an entire requisition lifecycle
Utilize applicant tracking system to manage applicants
Provide outstanding experience for both candidates and hiring managers with a focus on serving
Utilize discretion and sensitivity when dealing with confidential matters
Actively pursuing a degree in Human Resources or closely related major
Knowledge and experience with behavioral interviewing a plus
Ability to work with Hiring Managers at multiple levels
Passion for providing outstanding experience for both candidates and Hiring Managers
Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills
