Responsibilities
What do our Assistant Product Manager do?

The primary purpose of an Assistant Product Manager is to gather product requirements, prioritize feature implementations and improve overall user experience.The Assistant Product Manager generally works under the supervision of a product manager and also works with internal teams in development and implementation of different strategies to acquire a strong position in the market and stay ahead in the competition.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Liaise with the Marketing department to ensure proper advertisement and positioning of new products
Determining improvements to product features.
Coordinating findings with the product team and aligning it with business goals.
Preparing project status and risk management reports.
Assists in the development of marketing strategies for enhanced product features.
Aids in training internal departments on new product features and providing support to customers.
Supports in the developing efficient customer communication and feedback channels
Assist in developing and implement different strategies to ensure the stabilization of the product
Provides assistance in executing aggressive plans by working closely in association with various departments like sales, research and development to market the new products
Aids in the process of managing the overall budget for a particular project
Supports the designing and developing team with their assigned work
Recommends and provides different suggestions to the research and development team after studying and analyzing the current market trends.
Creates a place for the new and old products of the company by identifying the new potential areas

What do you need?

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field relevant to position.
2 years of experience in a similar role.
Experience in gathering and interpreting qualitative product data and consumer feedback.
Ability to analyze industry trends and competitor behavior.
Exceptional ability to identify improved product features and contribute to marketing strategies.
Proficiency in compiling project status, risk management, and marketing reports.
Ability to maintain strong customer relations and provide product support. Competency in training internal departments on new product features.
Experience managing the entire product lifecycle
Familiarity with market research, consumers' behavior and marketing techniques
Hands-on experience with web technologies
Knowledge of project management tools, like Jira or Trello
Good communication skills along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams
Must pass pre-employment background screen and drug test
Valid driver's license/clean driving record
