We are looking for an experienced Campaign Specialist to join the team at Hyland. This role manages the end to end process of marketing campaigns for various Hyland verticals. We are seeking a problem solver who can act as project manager and internal agency serve as the strategic liaison between stakeholders and Hyland's internal agency. What you will be doing

Consult with multiple stakeholders in the planning of agency resources in support of marketing and communication goals
Lead the coordination of end-to-end development of campaigns and initiatives utilizing in-house and external agency resources and teams; ensure scopes of work are on-time, on-brand and on-budget
Continually learn, evaluate and implement new approaches for campaigns and initiatives based on key performance indicators and engagement metrics
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including updating all relevant systems with project data (e.g. workflow updates, work assignments, timelines, etc.)
Actively participate with team members in meetings for purposes of idea generation, planning, problem solving and alignment
Ensure timely delivery of creative communications; resolve issues quickly to maintain stakeholder trust
Keep teams informed on initiative timelines and deliverables
Communicate status updates to customers and identify the need to re-prioritize work when necessary
Preview work for quality assurance prior to review with customers
Provide guidance to team members
Comply with all corporate and departmental privacy and data security policies and practices, including but not limited to, Hyland's Information Systems Security Policy

What will make you successful

Bachelor's Degree required in Marketing or related field
2-3 years of related experience in digital, social and/or integrated advertising; agency experience a plus
Strong communication and presentation skills
Understanding of company's corporate messaging as well as brand and content guidelines
Strong interpersonal skills; able to maintain solid rapport with team members as well as maintain professionalism with those outside of department
Highly organized with demonstrated project management experience
Able to thrive in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Self-motivated with follow through and attention to detail
Knowledgeable in content marketing platforms and workflows
Proficient at Mac OS or Microsoft Windows
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook or equivalent email and calendar software
Up to 10% travel may be required
Above qualifications or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the principal duties of the job
