HR Business Partner Verstraete IML

What are we offering you?

As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for aligning businessobjectives with employees and management. The position formulates partnershipsto deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects thebusiness objectives of the organization. You will be contributing to oursustainable work environment and support the agility of our employees.

We are seeking a proactive communicator and change agent who can successfullybalance employee needs with business objectives. The HR Business Partnerwill collaborate and partner with management to align staff to businessobjectives, enhance staff performance, support employee development, implementtraining initiatives, and run orientation and onboarding processes.

Responsibilities:

Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching,counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, buildmorale, and increase productivity and retention.
Assesses Talent Acquisition needs and manages the process with third party vendors.
Provides and implements HR policy guidance and interpretation.
Identifies training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs.

What traits and skills are we looking for?

*  Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or related field
*  Strong coaching and collaboration skills
*  Previous experience in human resources, professional development, and training
*  Current, in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risk and ensuring regulatory compliance
