Zenetex is looking for a motivated Defense Security Assistance Management System (DSAMS) Instructor to join the Faculty team at the Defense Security Cooperation University (DSCU). This position is part of the Defense Security Cooperation Agency. DSCA's mission is to advance U.S. national security and foreign policy interests by building the capacity of foreign security forces to respond to shared challenges. DSCA leads the broader U.S. security cooperation enterprise in its efforts to train, educate, advise, and equip foreign partners. DSCA administers security cooperation programs that support U.S. policy interests and objectives. In this position, you will be teaching Military Officers, Civilians and Industry personnel theories, principles and practices of Security Cooperation.


Description




Teach all aspects of the Defense Security Assistance Management System (DSAMS)
Conduct seminars in workshops, classroom and seminars at educational institution
Develop curriculum and course material by researching and reviewing available information such as literature, directives and government regulations
Writes and establishes lesson plans utilizing various teaching methods and research specific to security cooperation
Produce and deliver user training, in a variety of classes designed for students at a basic user level up to and including the skilled advanced user
Customize training for student skill levels
Develop and deliver customized "self-guided" PowerPoint, Adobe pdf, Adobe Captivate or similar training materials


Qualifications




BA/BS degree in related field
2+ years of experience
Experience using PowerPoint, SnagIT, Captivate, any other screen capturing software
Experience putting together computer based training Experience with conference call and online learning tools Experience with face to face, hands on instructing Experience with DSAMS and/or SCIP a huge plus

Skills required:

Basic computer skills required


Security Clearance




This position will require U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance. Active clearance highly desired.
