Our operations are growing rapidly, and we're currently seeking a part-time, office-based intern to support the Compensation & Benefits group within our Human Resources department. If you want an exciting position with potential to grow into a full-time role, then this is the opportunity for you!
Create and maintain HR metrics reporting and HRIS data audits;
Create and maintain job descriptions and update HRIS career path specifications;
Analyze internal and external sources of compensation-related data and recommended modification to company pay structure as requested;
Support with company-wide HR communications (including company SharePoint content development, reward letter distribution, etc.); and
Assist with other department projects as needed.
Currently pursuing Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, HR, Information Systems, or related field;
Strong analytical, written and oral communication skills; and
Excellent computer skills, especially a strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
