SUMMARY

As aSoftware Support Specialiston ourteamyou will work directly with end users and developers to maintain continuous functionality of our data integration processes. This is an entry-level position. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESinclude the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Monitoring our data integration processes and investigating issues as they arise

Ensuring that complex technical issues are handled in a timelymanner

Developing and maintaining positive partner relations

Researching and resolving partner concerns

Normalizing data through mapping processes

Coordinating directly with developers to identify and troubleshootissues

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

A relevant degree or applicable experience

Experience working with:

Fundamental knowledge of IT processes in a service desk environment

Writing basic queries with one or more managed databases (e.g. SQL Server, MySQL, etc.)

Familiarity with web APIs

Basic understanding of C# and LINQ

Quickly learns and assimilates new skills andtechnologies

Plays well with others in small, collaborative groups and has a positiveattitude

Performs well under pressure and is resourceful in meeting our clients'deadlines

Comfortable with providing customer support through phone andemail

Exceptional written and oral communications skills

Maintains the highest level ofprofessionalism

Cool with working on call and after hours as needed.
