On behalf of an occupational safety and health company in Richfield, Ohio, OhioMeansJobs Summit County is recruiting for an Operations Coordinator.
 
Description

Summary: This individual will support the Customer Operations Department. The position requires an individual that is experienced, reliable, task-oriented, highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their workload and prioritizing multiple tasks.

Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Complete a post-sale audit of records in SFDC
  • Initiate contractual countersign process for sales orders
  • Configure eLearning/order expansion account setup for customers
  • Create Cvent events for professional services and training
  • Create and maintain account codes in Cvent per customer
  • Complete an event audit of the Cvent record to ensure it matches the SOW
  • Dispatch job assignments to applicable professional service department/team
  • Initiate sales order processing workflow and update account Closed-won data in SFDC
  • Serve as a liaison between the sales representative and Implementation Specialist
  • Assist in on-site equipment orders, class scheduling and Event audits
  • Administer facility access control for Home Office
  • Assist in office operations, supply orders, and facility service tickets
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Degree or GED equivalent
  • 4 years or more of relevant experience as administrative assistant or office manager
  • Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects and priorities and meet established deadlines
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail. Well organized and works with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Strong proficiency using Microsoft Office products

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 5 or more years of relevant experience as an administrative assistant or office manager
  • Microsoft Office certification
