Job Description

JOB PURPOSE The driver is responsible for the delivery of stock, as routed, to the customer, and assigned pickups in a timely, safe manner. RESPONSIBILITIES Transport goods and supplies on site, or to other sites, or to customers, working within established procedures to ensure on-time delivery of goods and supplies. Work according to an assigned schedule. Report any problems or issues with facilities. File and retrieve documents from company filing systems. Ensure a positive experience for clients\customers by having courteous interactions with them. Operate various equipment and machines, adjusting one or more variables to achieve efficiency. Follow a range of mandatory work instructions (including use of personal protection equipment where relevant) to safeguard the environment and the wellbeing of oneself and others. Additional duties as required.

EDUCATION High School / GED Preferred EXPERIENCE General Experience 2-5 years verifiable Class A license (and driving experience) compliant with all regulatory requirements, & Hazmat endorsement (preferred, but not required)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Working Conditions: Activities include regularly working in outside weather conditions, exposure to extremes of temperature, visibility, wet and/or humid conditions, and vibrations. Noise level in the work environment is typically loud. Dust, mechanical hazards, moving objects, operating vehicle, and shift work Physical Requirements: Requirements are representative of those needed to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
