Job Title: Talent Attraction Advisor (TA Advisor)

Location: Westminster, CO - Minneapolis, MN - Dayton,Ohio - Portland, OR - Open to remote

The Talent Attraction Advisor (TA Advisor) will work closely with Sector business leaders and the People eXperience (HR) teams to source, attract, engage, and hire top talent for Trimble. You will work to build a strong working relationship with Trimble hiring managers understanding their current and forecasted hiring needs. You will work in tandem with your designated TA Business Partner to develop short and long term talent attraction.

What Do You Need For Success:

You will need previous experience recruiting for both technical engineering positions and non-technical positions in the areas of sales, marketing, product, customer support and operations.

You will need demonstrated success in creating creating strategies for engaging a diverse range of candidates on a regular basis.

You have a proactive recruiting mindset, and are eager to leverage a variety of candidate sourcing channels to attract and engage top talent.

You bring an exciting innovative approach to DEI sourcing and recruiting.

The drive and desire to work in an ever changing, fast paced environment!

What You Will Be Doing:

Partnering with leaders and hiring managers to strategize on hiring plans in order to develop role and skill-based recruitment strategies.

Lead the recruitment and selection process for a variety of technical and non-technical positions.

Find top talent for Trimble, leveraging a variety of talent sourcing channels.

Maintain a deep understanding of recruiting best practices and sourcing methods.

Partner with business hiring teams to serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on the talent market and offer creative suggestions for optimizing the recruiting process and proactively identifying talent for key profiles.

Recommend ideas and solutions to improve the time to fill, increase candidate pipeline, reduce aging requisitions.

Provide premium candidate experiences that represent Trimble's values.

Proactively communicate the status of requisitions and quarterly TA initiatives and results.

Hire top talent by extending and negotiating job offers, looking for win-win solutions for both the candidate and Trimble.

Role model teamwork in order to help the global Talent Attraction Team achieve results that support Trimble's vision and mission.

Strong individual contributor who demonstrates agility and is open to coaching, development and feedback in order to grow and advance your skills and achieve your full potential.

Strong influencing and motivational skills to inspire hiring managers and candidates.

Uses data and analytics to define trends, opportunities, and make recommendations.

Creative thinker with a problem-solving approach to challenges

Prioritizing and executing multiple projects & initiatives simultaneously with strong attention to detail.

You Have:

5+ year's of TA/recruiting experience (agency or internal) with a recent role directly working closely with a team of hiring managers.

B.S. Degree or applicable equivalent work experience.

Previous experience in a large company or can demonstrate examples of effectively collaborating across a variety of dispersed teams.

Experience working within a global team environment where you interact with other TA partners and hiring managers in other regions.

Solutions-oriented, out of the box thinking toward identifying talent and creating value for hiring teams.

Experience using reports and data to understand candidate pipelines and where there are opportunities to increase funnel activity.

Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), ideally WorkdayRecruit.
