OhioMeansJobs|Cleveland-Cuyahoga County is working with a local manufacturing company to source for a Press Brake Operator.

Manufacturing Press Brake Operator Responsibilities:

Produces finished goods and subassemblies with product prints, machine setup, and manufacturing
methods.

Manufacturing Press Brake Operator Duties:

Receives Work Orders and engineered prints, then produces finished goods and subassemblies.

Improves manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning work flow, space requirements, and
equipment layout.

Assures product and process quality by measuring and testing produced items; testing finished‐ product
and confirming manufacturing processes.

Adheres to company policies when: operating equipment, all aspects production and preparing finished
goods for transportation.

Provides manufacturing decision‐making information by calculating production, reviewing production
schedules, and estimating future requirements.

Prepares product and processes reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and
trends.

Provides manufacturing engineering information by answering questions and requests.

Maintains product and company reputation by complying with government regulations.

Maintains product and process data base by maintaining hand written and digital logs.

Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing
professional publications; establishing professional networks.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Maintains currency training for all equipment (including but not limited to): Press Brake and Tow Motor.

Willingness to learn new and other duties to earn a larger role within the company.

Manufacturing Press Brake Operator Skills and Qualifications:
