The Campaign Specialist 1 acts as a liaison between internal stakeholders and the company's in-house marketing agency. This position assists with the management of multiple projects for web, digital, video, print and social creative communications supporting products, solutions, campaigns and initiatives across multiple touchpoints. What you will be doing

Assist campaign management team in coordination of end-to-end development of campaigns and initiatives utilizing in-house and external agency resources and teams
Work with team members for the planning of projects and campaigns
Coordinate project timelines for timely delivery of communications, with direct oversight from the campaign management team
Maintain project documentation and timelines, including updating all relevant systems and teams with project data (e.g. workflow updates, work assignments, timelines, etc.)
Communicate project status for deliverables, re-prioritizing work when necessary
Preview work for quality assurance prior to review with customers
Comply with all corporate and departmental privacy and data security policies and practices, including but not limited to, Hyland's Information Systems Security Policy

What will make you successful

Bachelor's Degree required in Marketing or related field
Related experience in digital, social and/or integrated advertising; agency experience a plus
Good communication and presentation skills
Good interpersonal skills; able to maintain solid rapport with team members as well as maintain professionalism with those outside of department
Good oral and written communications skills that demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tact
Organized and experienced at successfully multi-tasking
Critical thinking and problem solving skills
Sound business and technology acumen
Able to thrive in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Self-motivated with follow through and attention to detail
Proficient at Mac OS or Microsoft Windows
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook or equivalent email and calendar software
Up to 10% travel may be required
Above qualifications or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the principal duties of the job
