Trimble PPM is seeking a Sales Enablement Program Specialist to support our SaaS-based Sales organization.
In this role, you will champion Sales Enablement efforts consistent with our strategic objectives. You will work with Sales Leadership to define and administer the Sales new hire onboarding curriculum, manage ongoing Sales learning and development efforts and coordinate with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Product) to ensure our Sales professionals are equipped to sell effectively. This role reports directly to our Head of Sales & Marketing Operations.

What You Will Do
Define and administer the Sales new hire onboarding curriculum across multiple Sales teams for both Inside Sales and Outside Sales / Account Executives.
Develop and manage ongoing Sales learning and development efforts for tenured Sales professionals.
Provide end-user training focused on our Sales tech stack (Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Xant Playbooks).
Own and direct technical aspects of our Sales Enablement tech stack (MindTickle, Gong).
Produce, provision and administer digital training content via MindTickle, both as directed and by recognizing, distilling and upscaling insights pertinent to the Sales organization as applicable.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Product) to ensure our Sales professionals are equipped to sell effectively (Pricebook updates, new feature updates, etc.).
Conduct regular Sales aptitude training sessions, testing for training / performance gaps and developing training sessions / learning modules to address these gaps.
Report enablement progress, at individual and team levels, to Sales Leadership.
Advise on potential Sales strategy, training and / or process improvements if applicable.
Who You Are
2-3 years of experience in SaaS Sales, Enablement, Operations, Training or Support.
Strong communicator with experience delivering presentations / training.
Ability to build credibility, trust, and rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
Self-starter, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of construction project delivery lifecycle is a strong plus.
Experience and comfort with administering the technical aspects of a SaaS platform a strong plus platform administration (Sales Enablement or other) is a plus.
Program / Project Management experience is a plus.
