Perform various engineering change management activities to meet the business objectives and to ensure adherence to product lifecycle management standards within the division. Manage and update change management plans to meet objectives.

Develop and maintain product schedules, milestone tracking charts and metric dashboards.
Schedule and lead periodic review sessions with product team members to ensure timeline objectives are met.
Complete assigned deliverables with the help of cross functional team members.
Ensure communication and understanding of deadlines, assignments and objectives.
Support Product Managers in developing and maintaining the project Design History File (DHF).
Data entry and capturing of data.

Education and Experience:
High School diploma/GED required; Associates degree preferred; or related Bachelor's Degree.
3-5 years' experience within a manufacturing environment.
Preferred experience with product life cycle management.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Office 365 skills (EXCEL, PowerPoint, Word). Data visualization skills preferred (Power BI).
Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Excellent time management, planning and organization skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and to work under pressure.
Ability to work with and influence others and be a participative team player.
