Responsibilities and Projects:
Primary Project - IT Knowledge Base Development
Process documentation and publishing of knowledge articles, enabling shifting documented support process to Infrastructure and Client Services.
This project will cover Process Automation, Manufacturing Execution & Data Acquisition, and Applications teams. This is an opportunity to build a deeper knowledge across multiple IT functions, deliver significant value, and improve support processes.
Secondary Project - IT Governance
Ensure all systems are properly captured in Service Now with accurate relationships.
Review IT Vendors ensuring compliance with IT and Quality governance
This project will provide insight into IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance processes. These processes are important across all businesses and are critical in regulated industries. The experiences gained on this project will provide the co-op with valuable experience that usually isn't covered in the classroom and will help differentiate them upon graduation.
Preferred academic status: junior or senior
Preferred area of study: Operations, Information Systems, Management, or related area of study.
