Overview




The Cyber Security Analyst 4 - Identity and Access Management is responsible for creating a secure computing environment that protects against unauthorized access, modification, or destruction. They will operate as a trusted advisor on security issues and trends while giving best practice knowledge to more junior analysts. This position will focus on assisting the Hyland Cloud Identity and Access Management team in developing, maturing, and implementing role-based access controls, privileged access management and other identity management and governance technologies. Significant prior experience with role engineering, privileged access management, and access provisioning is a must for this position. What you will be doing




Design, implement, and maintain more complex security solutions that protect or govern information needs of the organization using security tools and resolve most complex security issues
Develop and implement incident response processes and maintain recovery procedures for systems; respond to and resolve most complex reported security incidents
Present security updates and state of affairs assessments to executive teams
Develop and design technical and operational security policies
Perform most complex threat and vulnerability assessments to ensure systems are protected from known and potential threats; perform acquisition and vendor risk assessments
Develop, implement, and maintain recovery procedures for systems and maintain ownership of all cyber security projects to completion
Develop standards for internal documentation to ensure consistency with documentation for security systems and procedures; support team in establishing and enforcing most complex security standards
Operate as a trusted advisor on issues and trends; provide general consulting services leveraging expertise and significant best practice knowledge
Operate as an innovative thought leader; contribute significantly to the overall growth and quality of the department through knowledge sharing and coaching on current best practices and market trends
Contribute to security research, including innovating new ideas, researching related work, developing new concepts, and prototyping ideas
Evaluate and recommend new or replacement security technologies for purchase
Mentor, coach, train, and provide feedback to other team members; provide feedback to leadership on technical abilities of team
Comply with all corporate and departmental privacy and data security policies and practices, including but not limited to, Hyland's Information Systems Security Policy


What will make you successful




Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Expertise in IT security architecture within private, public, and hybrid cloud environments
Expertise in Microsoft Operating systems and products
Expertise in Unix Operating systems
Demonstrated mastery of applying security fundamentals and networking concepts
Experience with automation tools and security tools
Experience with anti-malware, file integrity monitoring and data loss prevention tools
CISSP, GIAC or other security certifications
COMP TIA Security certification or equivalent experience
Excellent collaboration skills applied successfully within team as well as with other teams
Excellent oral and written communication skills that demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tact
Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills
Highly organized and experienced in successfully multi-tasking
Able to thrive in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
Driven to learn and stay current professionally
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to provide guidance and support to developing team members
Excellent knowledge and understanding of security fundamentals and networking concepts
Up to 10% travel time required
