Responsibilities
Responsibilities:

Under minimal supervision, answer, respond to, and meet the needs of all incoming customer service calls and emails by handling the service requests in a professional, efficient, effective and timely manner ensuring Convergint Technologies becomes the customers first choice for service.  This role provides coordination of service with technicians, sub-contractors and customers within designated CTC location. Schedules and follows up on all monthly maintenance customer accounts. This includes ensuring timely communication with contract customers, key customers and sub-contractors. Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.


Skills
Exceptional telephone and personal customer service skills and ability to work under pressure.

Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word skills needed.

We are looking for someone with drive and a sense of urgency in everything they do.

Solid organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects tasks simultaneously.

Strong flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and direction in a dynamic work environment.

This is a fast paced position that requires attention to detail and the ability to multi task. This position deals heavily with customers, it is important for the candidate to be pleasant and make sure our customers are taken care of. This position is Monday thru Friday and one week a month on call rotation.
