Job Description



Completes comprehensive periodic regulatory compliance review of processes for all lines of business
Analyze processes, procedures and policies to ensure they are compliant to regulatory requirements
Enforce regulatory compliance by completing compliance transaction testing
Completes formal follow-up to determine adequacy and effectiveness of actions
Develops and maintains compliance testing procedures through the review of regulatory updates and line of business policy and/or procedure changes
Reviews regulatory updates and bank policies/procedures to determine impact on Corporate Compliance procedures
Supports and completes compliance transaction testing and issues management reports to assist line of business in identifying root causes and determining corrective action
Monitors all open compliance issues until satisfactorily resolved
Assists in preparation of periodic summary management reports
Maintain awareness of and adherence to Bank's compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies and procedures and apply them to daily tasks
Deliver a consistent, high level of service within our Serving More standards

Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. If full time, 37.5 hours required weekly to maintain full time status. Position generally requires 40 hours per week. Periodic overtime and/or Saturdays may be required during high volume months.

Bachelors or better in Business Administration or related field.

High School or better.

  2-4 years:  Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience in banking compliance
