Position Title: Sales Specialist, Top End
Pay Status: Exempt
Supervised By: VP Sales, North America
The Top End Sales Specialist is responsible for the sales and growth of Top End's product portfolio. This will include managing all existing and potential sales channels, which include but are not limited to: Direct-to-Consumer, Key Accounts, VA sales and programs, Intercompany and non-profit organizations. Must work effectively across all commercial functions within the Business Unit with a bias towards growing the marketplace, gaining market share and managing profit margin.
This person will carry only the Top End product portfolio. Top End is located in Pinellas Park, FL; ideal candidate will reside in Florida, however candidates in other states will be considered. Candidate must reside in US with ability and willingness to travel up to 50%.
Develop and implement sales strategy and achieve targeted profitable sales growth across all channels within the overall strategy.
Cultivate customer relationships and a strategy unique to the VA, that both grows their business with Top End and supports their initiatives for implementing adaptive sports programs for veterans.
Develop and implement plan for gaining market share related to grant award programs targeted at providing adaptive sports equipment (e.g. Challenged Athlete Foundation).
Maintain visibility and ranking of key events that generate positive growth to ensure the Top End brand is visible and effectively promoted.
Collaborate with key opinion leaders, key accounts and department leads to ensure they are engaged and prepared prior to launch.
Analyze records of past and present sales, trends and costs and develop annual operating plan sales forecast for all Top End products, domestic and global.
Collaborate with marketing team to manage elite athlete sponsorship program.
Collaborate with customer service lead to ensure they are empowered with up-to-date relevant information and market intel to support sales functions.
Complete all required training applicable to assigned position.

Bachelor's Degree required in business, marketing or related field; or equivalent relevant experience.
3+ years of related sales experience, preferably in adaptive sports or related DME field.
Demonstrated strategic selling and negotiation skills.
Advanced computer skills to manage complex datasets to reveal actionable market insights.
Entrepreneurial attitude, leadership ability and ability to be a team player on all levels.
Ability to comprehend and make valid contributions to developing a business plan, including sales and marketing strategies.
Proven ability to develop and accomplish sales and budgeted forecasts.
Excellent oral and written communications skills.
