You will join the Ramboll Americas Clients, Communications & Marketing (CCM) team. As our new Marketing Proposal Coordinator, you will be part of an experienced team with diversity in age, gender, educational and professional backgrounds. We pride ourselves on communicating Ramboll's value externally, building client-focused relationships, and creating compelling sales packages. As part of the CCM team, you will lead key pursuit teams in developing strategies for responding to and preparing material for moderate to highly complex proposals, presentations, qualifications, and questionnaires. Your role also supports key growth initiatives for the firm to develop stronger business plans to enter the marketplace with winning strategies.
Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:
Managing major pursuit and proposal teams from start-to-finish, enhancing the likelihood of winning projects through preparing, facilitating, and delivering winning submittals
Taking an active role in growth initiative and key account teams to support team organization, market strategy development, and efficiency in utilizing systems and processes, including Ramboll's client relationship management (CRM) software
Helping to build Ramboll's standard marketing content library and working closely with other team members to develop new marketing materials
Actively building, and promoting the use of, Ramboll's internal resume and project database
Performing market research in support of strategy development
Providing ad-hoc support, guidance, and training to internal Ramboll employees on marketing-related topics
Maintaining an external perspective through in-person or remote attendance at industry events, seminars, or conferences as well as marketing-related professional associations (e.g., The Society for Marketing Professional Services [SMPS])
Desired skills and qualifications include:
Bachelor's degree (marketing or business) plus five years of experience (or three years relevant); or Master's degree (MBA or MS Marketing) plus three years of experience (or two years relevant).
Demonstrated leadership skills
Technical skills in reading, writing, and proofreading in the English Language
Computer literacy in Microsoft Office programs.
Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite, PowerBI, or MS Dynamics is a plus
Understanding of the nature of consulting work and the Architectural, Engineering, Construction (AEC) industry
