CAS is currently seeking a Data Analyst. This position will be based in our headquarters in Columbus, OH.
This role is responsible for business data analysis within the CAS Product Management team. As a Data Analyst, the incumbent will leverage high attention to detail and strong understanding of analytical techniques to perform analysis related to pricing and market strategy, customer workflows and product usage, and other areas as assigned.
Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and merge disparate data sets
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
Filter and "clean" data through manual and automated review processes
Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
1-3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst
Strong demonstrated experience in Excel-based data manipulation and statistical analysis
Working knowledge of graphical data processing tools (ex. Knime, Alteryx) and/or scripting languages (ex. Python, Perl, etc.)
Working knowledge of data models and data segmentation techniques
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
Experience with analysis of financial and business data preferred
Bachelor's degree in a mathematical, business, or scientific field
