Overview




The Technical Enablement Specialist creates technical resources and provides expertise to the Alfresco Technical Sales organization at Hyland to facilitate the sales process.


What you will be doing




Develop, enhance, and maintain the Alfresco Demo Platform, which is the tool the SSEs use to demo the product
Troubleshoot SSE demo environments running Alfresco products
Assist with the creation of specific demo and POC environments as needed
Help create and document technical processes and SOPs
Perform administrative functions in AWS such as monitoring usage, security, and costs; troubleshooting services; creating new resources; etc.
Work with Product Management to evaluate and provide feedback on upcoming product releases
Provide general technical expertise and support to Hyland SSE team
Comply with all corporate and departmental privacy and data security policies and practices, including but not limited to, Hyland's Information Systems Security Policy


What will make you successful




Bachelor's degree, preferrably in technology, or comparable work experience in related field
Experience providing technical support
Troubleshooting experience
Collaboration tools such as Confluence and Jira
Relational database experience (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.)
Apache Tomcat or similar web application server
Previous experience with Alfresco pro

Able to thrive in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
Strong collaboration skills, applied successfully within team as well as with other areas
Speak or write with ease, clarity and impact, using a communication style appropriate to the subject and the audience
Demonstrated ability to establish rapport and gain the trust of others; effective at gaining consensus
Able to demonstrate decent analytical skills
Up to 20% travel time required
Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the principal duties of the job
