What you will be doing
The Support Specialist is responsible for responding to customer issues that come in via phone and email, in a timely and accurate manner. Our customers are specialty physician offices using CubixxMD to manage pharmaceutical inventory at their office(s). You'll be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues with customers, answering questions on how to use CubixxMD hardware and the cloud website, as well as scheduling and processing the shipment of various devices and accessories.
The successful candidate will have a passion for supporting customers and a sense of urgency to resolve user questions and problems as quickly as possible with courteous and professional service at all times.
Assist customers with questions and issues regarding CubixxMD refrigerated cabinets and the CubixxMD app.
Answer questions and provide help to users using the CubixxMD cloud website.
Process and ship a variety of devices and accessories to customers, as needed.
Log all cases, customer calls and emails in CRM.
Keep detailed and accurate documentation of all case notes and customer interactions.
Escalate customer issues to Tier 2 and Tier 3 Support resources, as needed.
Communicate with Sales, IT and Tier 2/3 technical resources regarding customers and their requests, as needed.
Makes suggestions and recommendations to Supervisor/Manager in an effort to continually improve support operations.
Performs related duties as assigned.
What your background should look like (minimum qualifications)
Requires some training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four year Bachelor's Degree program, technical vocational training, or equivalent combination of experience and education. Normally requires no more than two (2) years of experience in a customer service environment, experience supporting non-technical users is a plus.
