Collaborate with stakeholders of the applicable software to identify needs and design efficient, effective solutions
With input from stakeholders, produce business requirements and technical specifications. Develop software solutions and/or collaborate with IT and third party software vendors for development
Perform system testing and coordinate user acceptance testing
Develop and maintain operating procedures, user documentation, and ongoing end user training
Identify, track, escalate, report, and resolve software and process issues
Serve as the business line coordinator for projects involving software releases, enhancements, and integrations
Partner with IT business solutions analyst on business case development
Maintain awareness of new and emerging technologies and industry trends. Recommend innovative concepts
Individually and if applicable, as a manager, participate in identifying, measuring, monitoring, controlling and mitigating departmental and enterprise-wide risks
Maintain awareness of and adhere to Bank's compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies and procedures and apply them to daily tasks
Other duties as assigned
Typical office hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This position is salary exempt and full-time. Evening and weekend hours during system releases will be required. Location can be flexible within the Park footprint.
Bachelors or better in Business Administration or related field.
3 years: Experience in commercial lending
