Job Description


The Assistant Product Experience Manager, E-Commerce is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the Product Content Management system and maintaining consistent quality of content and syndication. Additionally, the individual will work with the Digital Marketing, Content and Visual Services teams to ensure timely content availability to service demands of the .com retailers, customers, distributors, and other partner websites.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Maintain content in Product Content Management platform to ensure timely availability of content and assets within the system to support customer demands
Manage the product content within the Product Content Management tool and provide quarterly audits evaluating content accuracy and consistency amongst active product list
Coordinate the flow of content amongst the global Content/Digital Asset/Marketing Communications team
Maintain content scorecards for cross functional teams to evaluate areas of opportunity within content
Assist with uploading and updating assets and video in Digital Asset Management System & Product Content Management System
Assist with the execution of digital asset integration
Maintain organization of assets in Digital Asset Management Systems
Create consistent metadata on digital assets within Digital Asset Management System
Work with Product Experience Manager to maintain all content needed for key online customers within the Product Content Management system
Setup and manage content syndication to customers within the Product Content Management system through available API integrations and through configuration of customer specific templates within the database to improve efficiency in content syndication
Train and assist partners on the Product Content Management tool and be the main point of contact working with the support team on any issues that arise
Coordinate with IT and Marketing Communications the necessary product feeds and properties to include brand websites and feeds to digital platforms
Assist Product Experience Manager with content requests when needed
Work with Technical teams to include all available claims that can be stored within Product Content Management Platform to improve internal efficiency
Create and maintain digital catalogs for customers
Research current Product Content Management tool capabilities to stay current on best practices for syndication and explore new ways to utilize the tool's capabilities
Manage sampling program to generate ratings and reviews
Other responsibilities as needed

Bachelor's degree in Operations Systems Management, Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field is required


Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word with a demonstrated ability working with Excel formulas


Motivated, enthusiastic and results-oriented
Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast pace environment


Minimum of 2 years of experience working in teams supporting the execution of product content marketing
Experience in E-Commerce content distribution/operations systems management, inclusive of product information management systems, content syndication and digital asset content development a plus
Experience in team-oriented, dynamic environments

Ability to work in front of a laptop or PC workstation for extended periods of time
Occasional standing, sitting, walking, and talking on the phone
Schedule flexibility to include weekend and after-hours workload


This is a fast-paced work environment with consistent pressure to complete duties as outlined above which requires ability to manage multiple projects at a detailed level and provide support to many internal departments in a fast-changing environment. Many duties listed above are time-sensitive and have strict deadlines for completion.
