Recruitment Marketing Specialist

Medpace is looking for an experienced Recruiter with a passion for Marketing! We are looking for someone with a creative approach to problem solving to lead the charge for marketing strategies within the Human Resources department to create interest in and awareness of Medpace career opportunities through the Medpace Careers web page, social media, media advertisements, and more. You will be a productive member of the team, working closely with our Recruiters and HR Generalists, and will be mentored and supported as you develop your skills. Additionally, this role will support Global recruiting initiatives and sourcing. Working directly with the Human Resource Managers and Recruiters, you will gain valuable hands on experience to enable you to develop a career with Medpace.
Create awareness of and interest in Medpace career opportunities through our Careers site, social media accounts, media advertisements, and more;
Utilize Medpace employment brand to assist with marketing campaigns and traditional and non-traditional recruitment outlets i.e. LinkedIn, Professional Associations, talent pools, direct email/mail, social media, etc.;
Use data to analyze channel effectiveness, prioritize based on business requirements, and develop an effective marketing mix to achieve application goals
Perform recruiting functions for multiple positions across Medpace functional areas including clinical research, information technology, accounting, medical and regulatory affairs and other areas as needed;
Take lead on HR Creative projects focused on creating the best possible candidate experience
Source candidates through multiple sources including internal ATS, Professional Associations, colleges/universities, LinkedIn, and other resources;
Assist with design creation and content edits/updates;
Work collaboratively with HR Generalist to identify appropriate candidates for hire;
Build rapport and develop and maintain talent pools for networking of prospective candidates;
Attend various recruitment events including traditional Career Fairs and professional association meetings;
Collect competitive information regarding pay rates and benefits for use internally;
Document candidate activity in ATS.
Bachelor's of Business Administration, Marketing, HR or related;
Expertise with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and PowerPoint;
1-3 years of corporate recruiting experience OR marketing experience;
Strong organizational, project, and time management skills;
Exceptional written, oral, and presentation communication abilities;
Strong problem-solving skills;
Experience in a Pharma or CRO recruitment setting preferred;
Ability to work office-based;
Proficient knowledge of MS Office applications.
