Applied Research Solutions, Inc. is seeking a full-time NC3 Course Developer at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH.
Develop and coordinate a distance learning course at the graduate level for the Nuclear Weapons Effects, Proliferation, and Policy graduate certificate program on the subject of the Nuclear Command, Control and Communications (NC3) system.
The course will serve approximately 20 students on a bi-annual course offering.
Develop relevant course material including educational videos, student assignments, tests, and projects and coordinate faculty speakers and lecturers in the applied areas of communications, systems analysis, cybersecurity and nuclear weapons as they apply to NC3.
Establish methods for delivery of course materials into a distance learning environment in a classified (secret level) learning management system (LMS), and assist faculty and students in delivery of material during the initial offering of the course.
Establish methods for analysis of the student outcomes and develop methods for course improvement and evaluation based upon student and faculty feedback under the direction of the course instructor.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Technical experience required:
A secret level clearance is required.
The candidate must have at least an MS science or engineering field aligned with the course objectives (e.g. electrical engineering, nuclear engineering, systems engineering, data analytics or a closely related field).
Excellent communication and computer skills, and a strong commitment to educations at the graduate level is required.
Preference will be given to a candidate with experience in communication systems, experimental analysis of systems, nuclear weapons effects, or cybersecurity.
Candidates should be able to provide a record of experiences with USAF systems and operations and should have the background, commitment and desire to broadly apply engineering and science concepts in support of military operations and technology.

Masters of Engineering (required)
