Overview

Responsibilities




Develop and maintain educational tools related to departmental tasks/processes;
Coordinate Commercial Operations new hire training;
Coordinate Commercial Operations continuing education training programs;
Evaluate effective training strategies on ongoing basis;
Support managers in assessing training needs and setting up required training programs; and
May develop training material/tools for other departments within functional area.


Qualifications




Bachelor's degree and 3 years of account management / bid preparation experience related to Clinical Trials or experience in training;
Advanced knowledge of applicable computer software systems including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, ClinTrak, SharePoint;
Demonstrated ability to manage timelines and maintain multiple tasks at one time; and
Demonstrate effective communication and presentation skills.
