About the Role: We are looking for a US Regional Strategic Marketing Associate to join ourMedical Products Division Vascular Category at a Phoenix or Flagstaff location in Arizona or from a remote home office. In this role, you will develop, maintain, and execute customer development plans within the US Vascular market. You will work across businesses in concert with strategic marketers to orchestrate high priority physician engagements intended to move physicians through the relationship funnel.
Create and execute on integrated customer development plans in coordination with strategic marketing, sales, product teams, and support functions to implement shared strategies
Develop a stratified physician engagement roadmap, using innovative marketing capabilities and resources (peer to peer programming, digital selling, educational programs, etc.) to further establish the US Vascular Customer Development capability that is both differentiated and valued in the market
Serve as deep customer expert leveraging region-specific insights to develop new and enable existing Gore advocates
Adapt program and experience design using program metrics and customer insights to improve success rates of customer awareness, acquisition, and retention.
Track, evaluate, and report key program metrics to articulate the contribution of the Customer Development portfolio to business KPIs and overall Vascular Category objectives
Apply customer segmentation, targeting, and journey mapping to inform and prioritize marketing strategies and tactics
Represent region-specific (US) market insights and customer needs to global marketing and business partners in support of business planning, 15 year financial forecasting, and product and service development needs
Utilize marketing automation and CRM data to inform customer engagement efforts and orchestrate movement through the customer relationship funnel
Partner with Legal, Regulatory, and Office of Medical Affairs (OMA) stakeholders to inform HCP engagement efforts (annual needs assessment coordination, publicationstrategy, speaker nominations and review, etc.) and ensure compliant development and execution all initiatives
Minimum of 5 years of strategic marketing, customer experience, or business development experience in the medical device, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industries
Demonstrated experience in influencing and integrating across cross-functional and cross-regional teams to deliver shared goals
Demonstrated experience in setting a vision for a new project/capability and inspiring teams to deliver on that vision
Demonstrated experience in navigating ambiguity and change
Demonstrated experience in developing customer engagement plans
Demonstrated experience in managing and prioritizing projects
Ability todevelop relationships with physicians and key opinion leaders
Ability to communicate product positioning and value proposition
Ability to travel overnight (up to 50%)
Experience in the vascular medical device industry
Experience managing campaigns and customer touchpoints via Marketing Automation and CRMs such as Salesforce.com
Experience leading individuals or teams
