Hands and Feet resource Job Description:
?Install and assist with troubleshooting access points
?support the wired and wireless infrastructure of Cooper Tire's Production Facility, Distribution Center & Raw Material Whse in Tupelo, MS as well as the Clarksdale, MS location.
?This support includes, but is not limited to; switches, wireless access Points, Cisco Call Manager (digital & Analog), ACTi IP cameras, ewon device setup and administration and DC & VM maintenance.
?Cooper techs also view this role as an escalation point for any issues that they have either not had training for, or the usual fixes that are not working.
?Project planning and hardware procurement is an integral part of this position, as the need for network resources and capabilities change frequently.
?Assist and coordinate with hardware vendors for TV's, Cable Connectivity, PA Speakers, Fire Alarm, Security, HVAC, and printers as well as another other devices in running production.
?Install/troubleshoot phone jacks.
?Assist with facilities hardware ordering and procurement, Inventory control of materials, settings and configurations, layouts as requested.
?Assist in troubleshooting legacy phone lines.
?Assist/perform generator tests.
?Install/troubleshoot cellphone repeaters throughout the Facilities.
?Access Control - (Badge door/exit access) Install/ coordinate new set ups for DSS, troubleshoot/fix/repair previous installations.
?Install/Coordinate new network drops.
?Printers - Network lines/Drops, troubleshooting.
?Maintain Physical Network Infrastructure and Plant standards documentation.
?Security cameras remotely supported at the Facilities for all US plants (order, manage. Install with vendors, review all security settings, respond to security related requests by reviewing videos etc...)

?Additional duties as requested. (1.) To assist the team with assessments, account issues, metrics etc. as per requirements. (2.) To customize and design training solutions. (3.) To deliver training solutions around standard offerings as per plans. (4.) To ensure smooth running of the training solution in an account. (5.) To identify and provide solutions to an account's training needs as per requirements specified. (6.) To manage and develop the team for higher levels of engagement.
