Job Description


Supervisory Responsibilities: Interview and select candidates for openings, set goals for associates, assign tasks/duties, conduct on-the-job training, develop associates' skills and encourage growth, prepare disciplinary write-ups as appropriate, prepare and conduct performance reviews and make recommendations for salary adjustments, approve timecards for 4 FTEs and other duties associated with managing a staff
Manage the day-to-day activities of the IAM Specialist team
Support ongoing maintenance required for the Identity Access Management solution which includes on boarding of new systems, changes to existing systems, and ensuring the accuracy of access information
Represent department on projects and on committees, ensuring assigned tasks are completed within desired time frame
Communicate frequently with management about departmental activities and significant problems impacting team efficiency
Research and remediate issues related to system access
Evaluate current processes to identify opportunities for improved efficiency
Establish, review, and adjust department processes and procedures to ensure accuracy and ongoing applicability
Quality control of the teams work to maintain awareness of and adhere to Bank's compliance requirements and risk management concepts, and management expectations
Maintain awareness of and adherence to Bank's compliance requirements and risk management concepts,expectations, policies and procedures and apply them to daily tasks
Deliver a consistent, high level of service within our Service Excellence standards

Office hours areMonday through Friday 8am-5pm. This position is full time and exempt. The expected hours for full-time salary exempt positions is 44-48 per week. A minimum 40 hours is required.

High School (required)
Bachelors (preferred)

6 years: IAM, supervisor and/or manager (required)

Licenses & Certifications
ITIL (preferred)
