Job Summary: OPSPro specializes in providing small businesses and government contractors with compliance and operational support to include HR, Payroll, Accounting, Contracting, and IT. The IT Specialist/Business Systems Analyst position is full-time position located in Dayton, OH. The primary responsibility of this position is to provide end user support for Office 365 applications.

Use data to understand business patterns and trends
Analyze internal and external data through quantitative research
Communicate findings to company through standard and ad hoc reports
Promote best practices in data analysis and reporting
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Create, Update, Develop business tools and applications for use across the company
Provide documentation and training for company and client staff on use of business applications
Assist the technical lead with projects from implementation through testing and production
Must be able to effectively communicate with users at all skill levels and document unique issues and solutions in a support knowledgebase or procedure/policy documents
Accurately update applications, websites, and content management systems
Troubleshoot, analyze, and support software applications and business processes. Analyzes and tests new software configurations
Support and maintain corporate application systems

Supervision: No direct reports


Experience with Office365 use and support
Strong aptitude and desire to dig in and learn new systems
Willingness learn and maintain 365 applications and "Low code" Solutions
Strong analysis/trouble shooting skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint / SharePoint Online
Experience with PowerBI
Experience with Linux and Macintosh operating systems is a plus
Ability to work as part of a cross-functional team while handling multiple tasks concurrently
Contributes to a positive team/work environment while continually seeking ways to enhance team contributions
Other projects and duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with:

Previous experience in business intelligence, analysis, or other related field
Knowledge of statistical tools and business reporting
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and multitask
