Integrated Technologies Consultant II
As an Integrated Technologies Consultant II, you will, maintain client relationships, and navigate through conflict and complex relationship situations. You will consult with clients on technical architecture decisions, and guide clients through interdependencies and decision impacts. You will provide device integration oversight and expertise to stakeholders. You will develop and lead deployment strategies for client hardware and software installations, device integrations, and services. You will drive cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders to identify and propose enhancements to workflow efficiencies, and device integration and client relationship strategies. You will perform complex technical troubleshooting and issue resolution and escalate as appropriate.
At least 6 years total combined higher education and related work experience including:
At least 1 year healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support and/or other client-facing or HCIT solution work experience
At least 5 yearshigher education and/or additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job
Bachelor's degree in; Information Technology, Science, Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business or Healthcare
Receipt of the appropriate government security clearance card applicable for your position
Due to the client contract, you will be assigned, this position requires you to be a U.S. citizen
Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
Willing to travel up to 80% as needed
Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
Perform other responsibilities as assigned
