On a part-time limited basis, the Clinical Adjunct Faculty Member's primary responsibility is patient care, patient support, and /or teaching and program development in theClinical sciences. May also contribute to clinicial research, the scholarly and service missions of thew university, administrative service, and other educational activities.
Primary responsibility is patient care, patient support, and /or teaching and program development in the clinical services.
Conduct and teach assigned undergraduate and / or graduate-level courses and seminars.
Contribute to clinical research, the scholarly and service missions of the university, administrative service, and other educational activities.
May serve as an academic adviser for students and evaluate student coursework
Engage in other activities ancillary to or in support of his or her responsibilities.
Review, and where necessary, respond in a timely manner to all University related communications.
Other related duties as assigned.
Academic degree in an appropriate discipline and prior clinical teaching experience.
Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to present complex material to students unfamiliar with a subject.
Must have outstanding writing skills to present research in written format.
Ability to work and collaborate with individuals from a variety of culturally diverse backgrounds.
Must have obtained a BSN from a regionally accredited college or university of recognized standing in a field appropriate to the requirments of the position.
Requires a current and active Ohio RN license.
