Our Financial Services Cybersecurity Managers exemplify our most tactical and in-demand cyber skillsets. Our Managers frequently perform IT audits and cyber assessments of the most sensitive subjects. A typical assignment will involve assessing an organizations newest IT platform/solution implementations, navigating challenging situations between operational leaders, or unpacking prior IT audit/remediation issues to realign and accelerate an organizations ability to resolve known issues. This role must be one whom aspires to continue performing fieldwork, mentor other team members, as well as overseeing teams of 3-5 individuals to accomplish the assigned project tasks and objectives. Cybersecurity Manager's work directly with other project leads, managers, and/or executives to communicate business and technical aspects of the work being performed and may also assist the engagement economics of the projects, including budget status tracking, billing, and final work product presentations.
Our IT audits include a dynamic range of topics, including technology governance, IT operations, conformance to cyber frameworks, such as NIST CSF, CSC Top 20, alignment to regulation expectations for financial organizations, platform implementation assessments (e.g. windows, cloud products, threat and vulnerability solutions, etc....), and multiple depths of penetration testing. The goal of our IT auditing is to validate or facilitate needed adjustments to controls, documentation, and strategies, which requires comprehensive knowledge of how financial services embraces technology, serves their customers through innovative products (mobile workforce, cloud solutions, advanced technology protections), and balances financial costs, employee time, and risk.

This role will also assist our Senior Managers, Directors, and Partners with new opportunities among our existing and future clients, including attending scoping calls, helping with the design of an IT audit, and creating our proposal submissions.
Bachelor's degree required; candidates must possess significant analytical skills, which likely evolved from early academic training in Cybersecurity, Management Information System, or similar disciplines.
Minimum 4 years of business experience in the areas of Information Security, Cybersecurity, or Technology Auditing.
Certified Information Systems Security Professionals (CISSP), Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP), or Offensive Security Certifications [OSCP/OSCE], or willingness to obtain required.
Experience within consulting or professional services, or have been in a management level position within industry. Prior experience supervising junior level resources in the areas of Information Security is preferred.
Strong writing, technical review, and interpersonal communication skills are required.
Pentesting experience is not required for this position; however, an understanding of the concepts is preferred.
Ability to travel up to 60%.
