Applied Research Solutions is seeking a full time IT Support Technician to support the ARS helpdesk.
Respond and address helpdesk tickets in a timely manner.
Proficient in incorporating existing Support processes to ensure consistent and repeatable deliver of service.
Well versed in managing daily operations based on departmental and team KPIs and leveraging dashboards to monitor performance and make adjustments as needed

Qualifications/Technical Experience Requirements:
minimum 5 years of technical support
Passionate about deploying best in class processes and practices to drive consistent and repeatable customer experience.
Familiar with Freshservice or similar CRM
Well versed in SharePoint/O365 or similar business intelligence tool
Cross-functional leader who can collaborate with other support teams, Engineering and Cloud Operations to continuous drive results and improvements
Strong interpersonal skills; ability to communicate professionally across the organization
Excellent organizational, planning, presentation, troubleshooting, and multi-tasking skills
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
Strong attention to detail and exceptional customer support
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Must be able to work independently and as a team member
Ability to prioritize and be flexible in a fast-paced environment
