Description
The Reporting and Analytics Manager is responsible for report generation, data analysis, and collaborating with management to deliver analytics solutions while ensuring a high level of data integrity. This position supports all reporting and data-related activities.





Essential Functions





*

Create, run, and analyze data for executive consumption

*

Work with management to identify opportunities, provide data driven consulting, and translate opportunities into an implementation plan

*

Help improve processes and data collection efforts to increase analytical value

*

Act as the point of contact for significant HR data requests to ensure efficient delivery and compliant sharing of data

*

Serve as the subject matter expert on reporting functionality and on the use of additional analytics tools to achieve what falls outside of the capabilities of the system

*

Ensure compliance with third party vendors and agencies

*

Prepare and develop special internal reports

*

Research and maximize technology tools available

*

Research and design specialized resolutions and reporting

*

Prepare and distribute standard HR reports

*

Assist with educating Human Resources staff on HRIS

*

Minimize departmental non payroll costs

*

Recommend improvements to procedures

*

Recommend service / delivery enhancements

Navigate Microsoft Office Software, computer applications, and software specific to the department in order to maximize technology tools and gain efficiency
