OhioMeansJobslCleveland-Cuyahoga County is recruiting for Playground Seasonal Maintenance Technicians for a local retail company located in Warrensville Heights.

Job Responsibilities

Provide Maintenance and Safety Checks & Ultimate Power Clean & Hand Rub Seal Program

Complete safety inspection, tighten all hardware, Lubing ductiles, spring clips, swivels, and other moving parts, and check for any warranty issues taking pictures of warranty and forwarding to Corporate and Customer.

Power clean the entire system. Including scrubbing chains, plastic brackets, plastic handles, canopies, swings and other accessories.

Hand rub transparent sealer on the play system. Remove/clean excess stain from plastic parts with rags.

Able to solve problems and perform under pressure and time constraints, detail oriented
Able to read, write, and speak English.
Ability to read and interpret scripts, training material, and procedure manuals
Ability to correspond via telephone and email, speak effectively with customers, coworkers, and managers.
Ability to calculate figures, discounts, and percentages
Ability to read and interpret instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Knowledge of basic construction tools
Ability to travel-home every night servicing Northeast OH and Western PA, transportation from job site to job site provided

Education and/or Experience:
Driver License required with good driving record
High School Diploma or GED

Knowledge of basic construction tools, some maintenance experience
