Enterprise Payments & Analytics (EP&A) helps clients run their business better every day. The Payments Commercialization team drives revenue within EP&A by delivering the best communications and content, in the best way, at the best time to empower EP&A sales teams.
The Communications Manager position is responsible for managing, developing and coordinating employee communications that support EP&A's overall goals and initiatives. The Communications Manager keeps employees informed by developing internal communication strategies, designing, preparing and disseminating information and establishing and enforcing communication standards. The Communications Manager will be responsible for keeping the executive team informed of communication initiatives and plans. This role will also play a key role in content and sales collateral creating, using design and copywriting skills to deliver high-quality content to our sales teams.
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, be able to work in a fast-paced environment and, most importantly, have a passion for delivering creative, straightforward messaging that are aligned to EP&A strategy. It is essential to be a strong, conceptual thinker who possesses a wide range of communication capabilities.
Write and design effective communications that can help inform, educate and engage employees with business priorities
Design communications that align with brand standards
Work collaboratively with a range of internal teams to create and manage integrated communications strategies
Plan, manage and prepare key messages for relevant audiences, and execute across the internal and external communication channels
Manage the development and execution of communication plans that support change initiatives
Develop executive messaging, including Town Hall materials, talking points, etc.
Support product partners to develop communication strategies for product launches, enhancements, etc.
Work with internal partners in counseling them on the best ways to communicate information
Collaborates with Corporate Communications colleagues and communicators to promote enterprise-wide EP-related communications
Continually incorporates latest technologies, design principles and best practices to amplify communications
Develop communications strategies and lead high quality implementation of communications that pinpoint the company's strategic messages and effectively deliver those messages
Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business or related field preferred
Minimum of 8 years communications-related experience
Strong visual, written and oral communication skills; ability to liaise with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders
Knowledge of the financial services industry preferred
Able to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
Versatile, flexible, and a willingness to work within changing priorities
Ability to take projects from concept to completion utilizing the appropriate tools
Great interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working with all levels of personnel
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects at the same time
Self-motivation, proactive nature, team player mentality, with the ability to work with little supervision
Experience with Adobe design and web tools, such as Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Dreamweaver preferred
