Performance Health is seeking a Brand Manager to join our team. The Brand Manager role will drive the development and implementation of the global brand strategies, building full 360 plans with the objective to maximize brand equity, presence, and increase market share.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities
Own the development of global brand campaigns and bring an innovative mindset with new ideas and product optimization opportunities
Lead the brand roadmap and category positioning strategies
Partnering collaboratively with segment marketing, e-commerce and cross-functional SMEs (category management, global sourcing, quality/regulatory, finance and, agency partners) to elevate quality of integrated deliverables while ensuring on-time delivery
Develop strong clinical insights to inform and enhance brand campaigns, messaging, packaging, and segment marketing strategies
Lead agile cross-functional workstreams and agencies to develop creative assets while managing assigned budget and project timelines
Develop, produce, and implement brand communications frameworks (global guidelines, toolkits etc.)
Maintain brand integrity across all company marketing initiatives and communications
Developing, producing, and implementing brand communications frameworks (global guidelines, toolkits etc.) and scale learnings across Performance Health to help drive brand advocacy and alignment
Analyzing external environment (industry and clinical trends, competitive positioning and best practice brand marketing strategies) to ensure deliverables align to/deliver against enterprise priorities
Performs other duties as assigned
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
6-9 years of combined experience in brand management, integrated marketing, advertising
Experience leading global brand strategy and/or global brand teams within a brand-led organization
Experience synthesizing and presenting foreign ideas and concepts to audiences of different levels
Sees around corners to predict where follow-through on brand initiatives may not happen and continues to drive people forward
Ability to influence and navigate across a diverse and complex organization
Medical industry experience preferred
Ability to travel 10%-20% of the time, including overnight travel
