As a Sr. AA/EEO & Diversity Consultant, you will play a critical role in ensuring our success in this area.

In this role you will:

Manage the planning, development, reporting, and analysis of the affirmative action processes
* Monitor applicant flow, selection practices, hiring, and promotion and employee turnover to ensure compliance.
* Consult and partner with HR staff and leaders on affirmative action goals, diversity strategies and business unit specific initiatives.
* Assist with the analysis, planning, implementation, and maintenance of diversity and inclusion strategies and programs as needed.
* Monitor, analyze and evaluate progress of diversity and inclusion initiatives - specifically the Diversity Index, metrics, data and goals.
* Assist with award submissions and creation of quarterly diversity and inclusion updates to senior leaders and Board members.
* Manage EEO-1 and Vets reporting processes and complete ad hoc OFCCP audits and other compliance related activities to ensure compliance with Federal regulations.
* Monitor ongoing regulations and assist in identifying and implementing needed changes to company compliance policies and procedures to remain in compliance with an appropriate level of business risk.
* Provide ad hoc data as requested, including quarterly metric analysis, EEO content on RFP requests, etc.


Qualifications




The ideal candidate will have display the appropriate balance of technical competence and consultative skills which will assist our business partners in understanding the data presented.

To achieve this we are targeting candidates with:

a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience which is 3 years of work experience to 1 year of education)
4+ years related experience with at least 2 of those years spent analyzing, interpreting and explaining complex Federal regulations related to affirmative action and EEO programs.
Strong Excel knowledge and abilities including macros, pivot tables, formulas, etc.
Candidates should also have expertise in compiling, calculating and analyzing statistical and demographic data of the general labor force or employee populations.
Preferences:
AA/EEO experience in large, multi-location organizations
