Hyland is looking for a creative HR Program Manager 3 that is enthusiastic about employe experience and keeping employees engaged in this ever evolving workforce! The HR Program Manager 3 will be responsible for bringing innovative ideas to the table and implementing new programs to engage employees around the globe, as well as onsite at HQ. The HR Program Manager 3 will advise leaders to ensure they are playing a role in creating a positive employee experience for their teams, and collaborate on programming with other areas including Wellness, Corporate Social Responsibilty, and Diversity Equity and Inclusion. What you will be doing




Design and execute requirements for complex programs; apply experience and best practice knowledge to ensure results aligned with overall HR objectives
Lead the strategic plan for HR initiatives
Develop and maintain key partnerships, both internally and externally, to ensure company is positioned correctly in the community as the premier technology employer
Monitor and report post-program metrics; gather appropriate and accurate data to provide analytics and guidance on effective program execution
Apply project/program management best practices to HR programs
Remain current on HR trends in the market as well as at competitors; propose new initiatives and assist with implementation
Provide guidance to and mentor other team members.
Serve as point of contact for employees and managers for HR programs
Develop internal and external communications that increase awareness and participation in various HR programs
Monitor and manage event adherence to budget
Comply with all corporate and departmental privacy and data security policies and practices, including but not limited to, Hyland's Information Systems Security Policy

Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and tact
Track record of success in managing projects and programs in a fast pace, complex and ever changing work environment
The ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously - orientated on results
Microsoft Windows and Office proficient
Conflict management, interpersonal and negotiation skills
Up to 10% travel time required
Bachelor's degree
Significant experience as an HR professional
Demonstrated experience managing HR projects at a strategic level
Ability to mentor more junior team members
Demonstrated experience managing HR programs
Strong project management skills
Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
Strong oral and written communication skills that demonstrate a professional demeanor and the ability to interact with others with discretion and tact
Bias for action, strong work ethic, and desire to achieve excellence
Proven ability to cultivate strong partnerships, interface, communicate and influence at all levels of the organization
Excellent organizational, detail orientation and interpersonal skills
