Good news! 1WorldSync is looking for an Account Manager to join our team. This position can be based at our Irvine, California, Chicago, Illinois or Dayton, Ohio locations.
1WorldSync is the industry leader in product content management. With 550 employees across the US, Brazil, Canada, France, Mexico, Russia, Switzerland, and the UK, we're seeking an Account Manager to support our growing global team.
Reporting directly to our Lead Account Support Manager, the Account Manager will be responsible for building, maintaining and growing key content programs for customers across ecommerce to ensure consumers have the information they need to press the buy button! This role's duties also include managing A&B level accounts to ensure our customers are launch-ready and maximize the full use of our service offering. You will monitor and interpret reporting data to fine tune program performance and present best in class QBRs. You will identify areas of improvement and make suggestions that best serve your customers' needs. Ongoing account governance through regular meetings and client engagement is required to ensure they are successful and meet critical timelines.
As an Account Manager at 1WorldSync, responsibilities include the following:
Act as the primary point of contact for A&B level accounts for all programs
Manage first line customer support to analyze and delegate deeper issues to production, product, engineering and support teams
Track and report key metrics as defined by the customer's objectives
Schedule and host regular customer meetings and business reviews to report progress on established goals, and to strengthen the partnership
Work closely with internal teams (Support, Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Production) to facilitate a healthy business and ensure that the customer renews
Identify upsell opportunities and monitor overall customer health including meeting the contractual SLAs
Ensure customers maximize the full use of our products and services, identify areas of growth and train stakeholders on our latest tools
Collaborate closely with the Account Executive on defining the customer's long-term business strategy
Maximize efficiencies to reduce operational costs
Required Skills and Experience:
5+ years experience managing multiple high-value clients for technology or SaaS industry
Bachelor's degree or equivalent job experience
Desired Skills and Experience:
Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills with the ability to speak with persons of various social, cultural, economic, and educational backgrounds
Proven experience with problem-solving, decision-making, and multitasking to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers in a professional and timely manner
Ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to smoothly and effectively address customer needs
Ability to receive and assimilate constructive feedback
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications
Experience with CRM software (1WorldSync uses NetSuite)
Prior syndication experience is a plus!
Earn some travel miles!
This position requires up to 5% travel.
