The Office Manager role is also commonly known as a Branch Manager in the Banking Industry.
Specifically, as a retail office leader, Northwest office managers build, develop and motivate their team to provide an excellent experience for customers/clients and connect them to Northwest products and business partners that fulfill their financial needs. Managers oversee overall office success, goal achievement, team accountability, and develop and lead sales strategies that leverage Northwest technology to attain customer acquisition and retention goals.
