Overview




Medpace is a full-service clinical contract research organization (CRO). We provide Phase I-IV clinical development services to the biotechnology, pharmaceutical and medical device industries. Responsibilities




Handle inbound and outbound calls to screen participants from a volunteer database;
Determine whether participants are eligible and available for research studies.

Hours: M-F, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM (some Saturdays)


Qualifications




High school diploma;
Experience in the medical industry preferred;
Experience in a call center environment preferred; and
Ability to work a first and second shift schedule between the hours of 8:00am and 8:00pm with the occasional weekend and extended hours.
