Oasis Systems has an exciting opportunity for a Director located at Beavercreek, OH. This position will be focused on providing managerial oversight and the successful execution of the Agile Combat Support Directorate Task Order requirements at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH and Robins AFB, GA. This role will require experience in managing the daily activities of a technical workforce team consisting of engineering, cybersecurity analysts, financial, program and configuration managers and administrative personnel.

SECURITY CLEARANCE/LEVEL REQUIRED:
Operational support to program offices and business functions throughout the Agile Combat Support Directorate. Provides multi-division support to include:
Automatic Test Systems;
Portfolio Analysis and Business Integration;
Electronic Warfare and Avionics;
Air Force Metrology and Calibration; and
Support Equipment and Vehicles.

This role will require experience in managing the daily activities of a technical workforce team consisting of engineering, cybersecurity analysts, financial, program and configuration managers and administrative personnel.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND SKILLS DESIRED:
The successful candidate will perform work that applies a broad and practical knowledge of the management of an Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) Contract. The individual shall:
Serve as the primary liaison between the ACS Prime Contractor and Oasis Systems Senior Leaders on all contract-related operational activities
Provide inputs to monthly contract reporting deliverables
Prepare and brief quarterly Program Management Review to Oasis CEO, Executive Leaders and peers
Attend/participate (as requested) in DoD Division leadership meetings
Work cohesively with corporate recruiters, participating in job fairs, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews and managing the candidate pipeline
Write and update position descriptions for vacancies
Interview all candidates for vacant positions
Prepare recommendations and offer packages for approval
Manage operational activities, work schedules, absences and turnover
Review and approve the following: Timecards, Travel Authorization Requests, Training/Tuition Reimbursement Requests, Expense Reports, Military Leave Requests, LWOP, Telework Agreements as well as Telework Certification Form tracking
Assist HR with on- and off- boarding of employees as required
Prepare input for employee Performance Evaluations and salary adjustments
Execute employee disciplinary actions as required, documenting and implementing improvement plans and objectives
Maintain and track CAC card renewal information prior to expiration to avoid gap in service
Identify, track and provide mitigation strategies for contract risks and management activities
Ensure quality, security and compliance requirements are met for supported contract
BA/BS Degree, and 15 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, 5 of which must be in the DoD;
5 years of experience managing people and requirements in a DoD contracting environment.
Demonstrate high level of attention-to-detail and strong organizational skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Highly proficient with computers and software applications to include Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Proficient with other online collaboration/productivity tools such as Zoom, Skype and MS Teams
Possess an active DoD Secret clearance
In addition to the skill set and qualifications listed above, possessing any of the following is highly desirable:
Project Management Professional Certification
Experience working in Air Force Programs and familiar with system acquisition policies, procedures, and practices
