Job Summary

Medpace is a rapidly growing global full-service Contract Research Organization with operations in more than 40 countries. As we continue to expand our recruitment efforts, we are excited to announce our newest open position of Compensation & Benefits Assistant in our Cincinnati, Ohio office. This position will act in an administrative capacity, providing support to the local Compensation & Benefits function. If you are ready to make a difference, you must be able to accomplish these tasks:


Provide administrative support in the areas of global payroll and benefits;
Onboard global new hires, including document collection, HRIS profile set-up, banking detail collection, etc.;
Provide support to benefits schemes outside of the US, including employee enrollment, meal voucher administration, invoice administration, etc.
Assist in addressing ad-hoc payroll and benefit queries; and
Support the wider C&B Team on any reward-related projects as directed by the global payroll or C&B leads.


Some professional administration experience preferred, experience providing administrative support within an HR department a plus but not required;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Excellent attention to detail, as well as analytical and problem solving-skills;
Intermediate Excel skills.
