Sales Executive, Digital Solutions
Position Location: Atlanta, GA or Remote
The Sales Executive, Digital Solutions is responsible for promoting and selling Caliburn's (Project Time & Cost) Digital Solutions, including our Estimation and Cost Modeling SaaS, which incorporate our Construction Cost Data (CostBook). This position reports to our Director of Technology Markets.
Duties and Responsibilities
Effectively and proactively prospect within an assigned vertical market and territory, building a pipeline to meet assigned sales goals; a "Sales Hunter" mentality
Conduct effective, proactive outbound calling campaigns based on leads generated by independent research, trade shows, marketing campaigns, and referrals
Provide product demonstrations - web-based and occasionally in-person
Develop and execute plans to meet new sales, renewal, and upgrade quotas, as assigned
Maintain accurate and complete customer records, documenting all activity in our CRM (SFDC)
Attend trade shows and industry events
Effectively work in a matrixed organization, including Product, Customer Success, and Account Managers
Participate in strategy and training events to enhance industry and product knowledge and sales effectiveness
Other duties as assigned by manager
Qualifications and Requirements
Strong preference for candidates with previous sales experience in architecture, engineering, construction, or facilities management sectors
3+ years' in a sales capacity selling B2B or B2G SaaS solutions with a strong track record of success
Ability to think strategically and understand clients' underlying business needs to develop and deliver a strong solution
Obsessed with providing an exceptional customer experience; extraordinary attention to detail
Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills
Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Business Administration, Information Technology, Construction Management or similar (preferred)
Polished interpersonal and oral presentation skills
Ability to travel up to 25%
