Job Description

The Strategic Analytics and Adoption Team is looking to expand by adding a Adoption Manager I to the team. As an Adoption Manager I, you will collaborate with internal and external client stakeholders to execute adoption and efficiency plans to achieve client goals. You will manage and direct project scope, while identifying risk areas and proposing resolution strategies to leadership. In addition, you will localize the client coaching plan by sharing best practices and leveraging behavior change techniques and adult learning principles.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

At least 5 years total combined higher education and related work experience, including: 

1 year of Healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support, project/program management, client relationship management and/or other client-facing or HCIT solution work experience

4 years of higher education and/or additional work experience directly related to the job

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

At least 1 year of clinical or health care work experience

At least 1 year of facilitation or training work experience

At least 1 year of people management work experience

At least 1 year of data analysis or presentation of data work experience

Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

Expectations

Ability to travel up to 80%

Located within 60 miles of a Cerner virtually approved city or reside in the Kansas City area

Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations

Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position

Perform other responsibilities as assigned
